Within a timeframe of 4 to 12 weeks of training, Kushis begin to promptly contribute to innovative technological initiatives and gain financial independence.

Emerging from the budding phase and transitioning to the 'learn while you earn' stage, a Kushi typically undergoes a developmental process lasting between 6 months to a year to evolve and adapt. This transformation is facilitated by continuous learning and upskilling through the SAL, enabling them to become proficient in multiple domains, including AI applications in medicine, banking, fraud detection, Know Your Customer (KYC), insurance, and beyond.

Within a timeframe of one to two years, a Kushi undergoes intensive skill development through SAL, leading to professional proficiency. This comprehensive training enables them to transcend growth limitations and assume roles as AI architects within specific domains, modelling and analysis engineers, while also allowing them to contribute to diverse areas such as branding and creative work, operations, business development, project management, accounting and finance, and human resources, among others.
